Very happy with leaving our cat here for 10 days. Nice roomy pens for the animals with outside space which is unusual and great! The girls looking after the cats (that we met) clearly loved animals very much and certainly appeared to enjoy working with and caring for them. We kept in touch regularly with the cattery while we were away, the staff were great and shared photos with us via email which was nice. The cat came home grumpy (he doesn't like being left) but calm well cared for. Overall a very good service that represents good value for money, and we will certainly be returning next time we go away - highly recommended.

Left my dog here for 4 nights. Staff were friendly but difficult to get hold of to know how my dog was doing. I tried calling several times but would go to voicemail. I recommend sending an email as it's the only way they get back to you.

Well. After reading some negative comments. Once again I used this cattery for my 2 cats. Once again I can't thank the staff enough. My cats were well looked after. They were clean, well kept and happy. That makes me happy. Will be using them again and would recommend. Forget the small office! It's the care of the cats that counts.

Our Emily stayed here for 2 weeks she came home very happy and clean and looked well looked after....will use again

Great cattery, looked after my cat for 2 weeks while we were away on holiday. Great facilities and friendly staff

This is a very good cattery. Perhaps not the cheapest, but your kitty will be safe, happy and well looked after.

Amazing team!! Cant express my gratitude! My cat Arthur fall off the balcony and I brought him here.I thought he wouldnt survive but all good now n my happy boy again enjoying his life:) Very professional staff from receptionists, nurses to doctors! A massive thanks to Dr.Shaun Smith!!!

I cannot praise this place enough. I had to take my beloved cat there yesterday for her final journey and they arranged a private room for us to wait in so she was not disturbed by the other animals and obviously because I was in pieces. The receptionist was wonderful and the vet who saw us was kind, compassionate and loving to my Tilly. She gave us time to spend with her and was gentle and sweet with her and Tilly's passing was peaceful and loving. I have been here before a few times for various animal emergencies and they have always been wonderful.

The Vet Waltham Forest

Unit B6 & B7 Circular Point Highams Park, London E4 9JD, UK – 020 3376 3965

After 16 years of the privilege of having the most amazing dogs I have seen many vets over the years. I stumbled across a vet who works here about 6 years ago and since then my husband & I will not go anywhere else. The prices are far better than we’ve ever paid before. Despite this it’s the customer care & the way they are with our dogs that we value. Our Labrador had a awful operation following a broken knee, I had to drag her out of the vets after the operation, she didn’t want to leave. On her check up she couldn’t wait to get in there fast enough, it puts my mind & heart at ease knowing she is properly & genuinely cared for whilst not at home with us. I will never go anywhere else, & my husband is exactly the same.

The care, service and the attitude I got from The Vets Waltham Forest is second to none! Every time I go in there I always get greeted along with my pet which they know by name and don't mind welcoming. The only criticism I have is the waiting times... I've been left waiting because of lengthy queues for upto 2 hours before! If its a quick booster shot and price isn't much of a concern, I'd say to say time, go elsewhere. But if you care about your pet and rather wait for great affectionate care, then this is the vets for you.
