Waltham Forest Council

Waltham Forest Town Hall, Forest Rd, Walthamstow, London E17 4JF, UK – 020 8496 3000

I've had contact with many different departments in Waltham Forest council as an active member of the community and a business owner in the Borough. I have been very impressed by the consistent, high level of professionalism and sincere concern for the community shown by all staff. It's not an easy job keeping so many, diverse people happy, but I honestly find that Waltham Forest council works hard to do right by the people who live here. My husband and I are very grateful to them for their efforts and hope that they'll keep the standards high.

gave us free marriage counselling for 3 sessions. didnt ask for payment for any of the sessions however they accept donations so i donated what i could afford but i wasnt pressured to donate in any way. they also give good advice on the phone and i can see they are trying their best although they are clearly struggling with the amount of cases they are dealing with.
